The Now Factory Partners with VOIPFUTURE for Improved Network Monitoring, Customer Experience

Network monitoring enables companies to enjoy the overall goal of achieving optimum network use and efficiency. Not only does monitoring for networks such as voice, VoIP and more allow network managers to automate the process with little or no manual intervention, but it also leaves room for significant cost savings, and ease-of-use.

In recent VoIP monitoring news, VOIPFUTURE, a pioneer in the delivery of voice quality monitoring for IP networks, has entered into a new strategic partnership with The Now Factory, a provider of customer experience solutions. This partnership assists Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in improving the customer experience in all types of present and future networks.

VOIPFUTURE’s Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) service assurance technology will now be a part of The Now Factory Vantage products, enabling CSPs to manage the Quality of Experience (QoE) their customers receive for both data and voice transfer on their networks. They can also migrate to next-generation networks like LTE (News - Alert) and IMS with this new partnership.

This new partnership ultimately helps network manages to understand how their customers use IP services on their networks. Additionally, it helps them to identify network problems and optimize resources to provide improved customer experience.

In other related news, last year, VOIPFUTURE partnered with Astellia to improve Astellia’s (News - Alert) network monitoring software for its 2G, 3G and LTE networks.
