ReliaTel VoIP and UC Management Solution for Microsoft Lync: Part Two

In-depth QoS and QoE management: ReliaTel Lync QoS dashboards provide detailed metrics on individual calls so that technicians can quickly diagnose the root cause of quality issues to quickly resolve them. This helps to provide a more comprehensive visibility over users’ entire solutions for both audio and acoustic QoS.
Audio QoS, Kapoor explains, can include such things as latency, packet loss and jitter, “certainly all of the levels we’re all accustomed to for VoIP quality of service,” he says, “however, Lync environments provided us with the additional capability to look at…statistics [and] identify what’s actually happening with the end devices.”
Additionally, ReliaTel quality, performance, traffic and CDR reports help management and operations staff find and better understand trends related to QoS issues and hot spots, performance bottlenecks, network hot spots and capacity and usage trends.
Dynamic quality, capacity and traffic reporting: “ReliaTel provides a comprehensive suite that allows each user to deep dive into the plus 100 metrics that can exist with any audio, video or conferencing conversation,” Kapoor explains, “however, the real value of this data goes beyond just troubleshooting this individual information.” In other words, you need details - for example, what extension the user called, what was his or her ID, etc. ReliaTel allows you to do this and more.
Bottom line, ReliaTel allows you to take VoIP monitoring to an entirely new level by enabling you to easily pinpoint exactly what metrics out of these hundreds are specifically important to you.
