VoIP-Pal.Com Preparing to Roll out New Management Capabilities for PointsPhone Mobile Apps

Voip-Pal.com, a broadband VoIP telecom company, is committed to provide high-speed and cost-effective telephone solutions for casual and business international travelers who rely on their smartphones, laptops or tablets for business communications. With an increasing number of travelers using smartphones for VoIP calling, the company decided to develop a new account management software that can be provided directly on its smartphone platforms. Currently in the final stage of beta, the software will soon be ready to be launched, the company revealed this week.

The software will be ready for public release as soon as the final version is integrated into the company's current softswitch platform, the company clarified in a statement.

Voip-Pal.com's new account management software for its PointsPhone Mobile Apps will serve iPhones, Androids and Blackberries. Additionally, it has been designed specifically to enable smartphone access and intuitive navigation of users’ account information. PointsPhone Mobile  Apps will enable users to have direct smartphone access to the most frequently used features of their Account Management software such as balance remaining, account recharging, call history and payment history. 

Addressing critical consumer trends heavily influenced this new launching. “Most of our clients are opting to use their smartphones rather than their PC's for VoIP calling. The addition of a smartphone version of our Account Management software will allow consumers to easily and conveniently manage their account even if they don't have access to a PC,” explained Voip-Pal.com’s Dennis Chang in said statement.
