To become a ReliaTel Business Partner, ReliaTel MSPs, VARs, and integrators simply have to request membership. The partner program is offered as a value-added benefit of the business relationship with Tone Software.
Those that do join the program enjoy a multitude of benefits including pre-sales and post-sales engineering support, brand-able sales materials, and joint co-marketing services including: joint media announcements and coverage; joint press and news releases; partner logo, overview, hyperlinks on ReliaTel BPP Web page; service and technology case studies; inclusion as partner spotlight in email blasts; and access to technology experts for both pre-sales and post-sales support.
“The ReliaTel Partner program helps increase the partners’ bandwidth to execute their sales and marketing strategies by providing additional support to their sales staff as they engage specific clients and that client’s voice infrastructure,” Whitney said. “Tone-provided technical expertise is also available to partners that may not have internal resources available, which helps better position them to win that business deal.”
