Voice Management Company Tone Software to Explore Opportunities for MSPs in ITEXPO Panel

This week, thousands of individuals and hundreds of companies are making their way to sunny Miami, Fla., to participate in ITEXPO East 2012, the world’s largest communications conference comprised of a handful of collocated events.

One company gearing up for the show, taking place from Jan. 31 to Feb. 3, is voice management company Tone Software (News - Alert), a high technology software development firm specializing in global business, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure management solutions.

As the show kicks off its second full day Thursday, Feb. 2, Tone Software will be gearing up for its session called “Business Opportunities for Partners – Managed Service Providers,” which is part of the Telecom Reseller (News - Alert) Week. Telecom Reseller Week, taking place Feb. 1-3, provides resellers and agents with a forum to learn about leading edge solutions they can represent, to meet with many new potential partners, and to study proven sales techniques to help improve their team's performance.

Amit Kapoor, director of Strategic Technology Advancement at Tone Software, will lead the session, which will take place at noon.

One of the main points that Kapoor will touch upon during his session is how Tone Software’s ReliaTel Solution maximizes service provider business opportunities and drives new revenue streams, company officials told TMCnet last week. ReliaTel offers MSPs a common solution that can be used across the entire client base; eliminates the need for multiple proprietary tools and closes the gaps between data-centric tools and voice only tools; integrates with existing OSS tools, ticketing, and NMS; and helps consolidate the “patchwork” of fragmented tools that drag down operational efficiency and jeopardize service level agreements.

ReliaTel also drives ongoing maintenance services by providing core fault, QoS, and SLA management and reporting across domains of voice, IT operations, and network infrastructure.
